Reminder: Production Downtime of Critical Services on Saturday

ViewTrade Technology will perform critical updates on Saturday, November 15, affecting UMA, AMO, MDAS, and Insight services, which will be unavailable during the migration. These services are being moved from a shared AWS environment to separate accounts to enhance infrastructure and data security, requiring temporary shutdown of API endpoints. Clients using custom (non-ViewTrade) domains must update their DNS entries post-migration to avoid service disruption, while ViewTrade will handle updates for domains it controls. Affected clients are encouraged to contact support to ensure a smooth transition.

Reminder: ViewTrade UMA Production Release

Friendly reminder that ViewTrade will be releasing the new User Microservice Authentication system to production on Saturday, September 27. This system update is a breaking change that will not be backward compatible with previous versions. Please be advised that all admin emails are required to be verified to access the Account Management and Onboarding system after this production release. To enable two-factor authentication (2FA), follow the on-screen prompts at login or within your account's settings ahead of the release to avoid any unnecessary disruption.
