30 Day Volume Alert: ViewTrade will receive an email alert for any customer orders that exceed 25% of 30-day volume. The total is aggregated over a day and allows ViewTrade to ensure customers are not dominating any securities.

Min Orders (Last Minute Orders): Orders entered in the last minute of the trading day.

Wash-Trades: This alert checks if customers are trading a security amongst themselves. Selling a stock and buying it back in one day could be considered manipulative trading if the stock isn’t allowed to go to the open market. All of a customers’ accounts are monitored to see if manipulations are happening and ensuring that customers are not trading securities to themselves, only in their omnibus account.

Spoofing: Spoofing and layering are both considered manipulative. They involve stacking orders on one side of the market to make a stock look stronger. ViewTrade looks for five order entries within a 3-second period (5 seconds on layering). Orders are immediately canceled and acconts may be shut down.

Duplicate Order: If a customer places the exact same order multiple times within one second, there will be an alert. This mostly affects day traders.

Option Threshold: If a transaction is 400% away from the market, it will get flagged.
